Their Snap Move Service is excellent for a small 1 bedroom move. Their two movers were efficient and courteous, and the home office kept in constant contact with me.

The pickup crew was not professional, wanted to charge $100 more for the bicycle, delivered late, and most of my boxes were damaged.
Most boxes were smashed or crushed, including those marked Fragile. An expensive vase and five or six other items were broken, and the claim was largely declined.
I was disappointed by the poor communication. The representative arrived an hour late, and I learned 20 days later that no move was available near my desired date.
