They were on time, courteous and handled our belongings with great care. They always answered their phones and kept us in the loop the whole trip.
Negative Courtesy Moving and Storage Reviews
Movers dropped my water distiller denting it in two spots. Movers messed up a drawer on my speaker tower. My bbq grill has a broken wheel on it now from the move.
Two, possibly more, boxes were not delivered and were never found. After months of negotiations, a successful resolution of my claim was not reached.
Yelp
Unprofessional and unprepared. Damaged mattress, did not place in bag as the quote stated. Brought truck that was too small, so I had to pay for the extra trip.

Other than that the local crew was great, and Mike Powell was good to, and if was not for the extra money I had to pay, It would have been a perfect move.
Courtesy Estimater quoted one price and after the move charged a lot more, because of overtime and a list of other things, beyond anyone's, control. Courtesy's movers' team was wonderful.
