These guys were awesome. Due to a last minute foul up our closing was pushed and I had to reschedule movers. Flexible, accommodating, they asked all the questions that they needed so the crew that arrived knew what to expect.

No unexpected charges. I had 3 wonderful movers, Kenny, Loius & Dale, who were professional, friendly and organized, working consistently throughout the day to make it a smooth, uneventful and Calm move.

They tried to charge me an additional $175 because they decided to send 3 guys when I asked for 2. I just realized they broke one of my dresser drawers.
They brought almost no packing materials, and what they did bring was soaking wet. They were supposed to pack some art and a few lamps—just shoved, unwrapped and together into a couple boxes, dinging and damaging the art frames.
The movers dropped one of the drawers out of my TV unit, damaging it, and did not disclose the damage. I contacted management, and they took months to respond, before offering to send me a check for $18.

Even though boxes were marked fragile or heavy, they were still stacked haphazardly and flipped at times resulting in some broken glasses. Furniture was not wrapped in pads/blankets and media console has a nice dime sized impact.
