Negative Golan's Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
Rebecca Levin, Google
Golan's caused over $10k in damage to my basement flooring. After months of Golan's pretending they would handle this problem, they failed to make things right. They also charged us over 20% more than our quote.
Jane Perrin, Google
This company gave me an estimate that was 50% lower than the final cost. The movers were slow, non-professional and packed poorly. They put scratches on many of my furniture pieces.
Bunni, Google
They were late and forgot the TV, then refused to go back for it while still charging full price. They also transferred a dresser upside down without clear communication.
Neutral Golan's Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
Henrique Sannibale, Google
Movers booked for 8–8:30 AM arrived after 10:30. It took half a dozen calls to locate them. The delay caused extra fees, and material costs were not disclosed.
Yelp
The estimator was friendly, the crew did a good job, arrived on time, and worked hard. The final cost was significantly over the estimate by $600.
Yelp
We paid more than we were quoted, and Golan lost a large box. Filing a claim cost $250, despite having paid for insurance. I would still use Golan's again, but I was disappointed by the lack of compensation.
