The movers essentially told (not asked) to tip at both the end of the pickup and the drop-off, which was rather aggressive. However Emily was very pleasant and easy to coordinate the move with.

Originally given the estimate $1800-2500 for a move from LA to SF for a 1-bedroom. Ended up being $2800. Now I'll be buying a new $2000 tv to replace my brand new tv.
The move went well, but it was ridiculously inefficient which resulted in a $2000+, 9+ hours move for 1 bedroom apartment (furniture + 3 boxes only).

I hired this company to do a 1 bedroom to 1 bedroom move. I was quoted for 3 hours. However, they moved incredibly slow and felt they dillydallied at times. It went almost over four hours.
