Movers did a good job wrapping furniture so there was no damage. Move from northern Va to Elizabeth City was done in one day. Cost of move was half of other movers.
Sophia Flores, Google
No complaints. Great pair of movers were efficient and polite. Accurate quote. Office staff also very helpful. Moved from a studio to another studio across town.
Negative Great Job Moving and Storage Reviews
Kayla Martin, Google
Charged $1,045 even though I was quoted $668. There was a bulky item fee, and I was charged $65 for two boxes and packing tape. They scratched my dresser and wall.
Jay T, Google
Several new large furniture items were dinged up during the move. Base of our home bar was chipped. King bed headboard was nicked on both sides. Desk and several display cases were chipped and scratched.
Alexis De Franco, Google
This company has many fees that are underestimated in your initial quote. They damaged a piece of my furniture and I received no communication about the claim.
Neutral Great Job Moving and Storage Reviews
Sally Radovich, Google
The two men that the company sent worked consistently and carefully. Nothing was damaged or missing during the move. The price I was quoted was about half of what I actually paid.
Faith Holcombe, Google
The movers/packers did a great job. But no one ever came out to see how large some of our pieces were, the truck was too small, and an additional hour of labor was added. Several items were left.
Peter Marconi, Google
The movers were professional and kind and did a nice job getting us moved out and in. Our final cost was nearly 50% higher than the quote, and they left a bad scratch on our new hardwood floors.
