Mouse droppings were found everywhere, with mouse 'nests' in multiple locations. Multiple items had water damage, and almost every piece of furniture was damaged with dings, scrapes, or chunks missing.
The move took 4 hours and 20 minutes, but I was charged for 6 hours, including return travel that was not in the quote.
