Negative Magic Moving & Storage Reviews
Christine T., Yelp
The final bill was $2500+ despite an original estimate of $1700. Suddenly there was all this overtime and double travel time fee. Why was this all not part of our estimate?
Shannon C., Yelp
The head mover took photos and said he would report the damage. I followed up with photos and a claim, but my $2,400 refrigerator is still dented.
When we unpacked we found that several expensive and unique objects were missing. Furniture keys were also missing, leaving the furniture locked and requiring a locksmith.
Neutral Magic Moving & Storage Reviews
Grace S., Yelp
The men worked quickly and efficiently, and so far nothing was broken. They chipped paint off wall corners, left a toilet seat unclean, and the company was expensive.
