The team was amazing! They took so much care making sure everything was packed and protected as we moved my parents into their new home. Super efficient!
Negative California Moving Systems, Inc. Reviews
Moved from Sacramento to Washington state. Almost all of the wood furniture had some form of damage, plus two broken lamps and missing dishes. They reimbursed us $250 for estimated damage exceeding $3,000.
Yelp
The company rejected seven missing items from my claim because I signed the delivery form. The owner later offered the full amount as a goodwill gesture, but it took eight weeks to send the check.
There was not a lot of communication about estimates or arrival. We were asked to pay more for added weight and time, then charged a day rate for five movers when only four showed up.
Neutral California Moving Systems, Inc. Reviews
Decent experience. Slow at returning phone calls. People loading the truck were very nice but very slow. The unloading crew arrived 1.5 hours late. So far, nothing was lost or damaged.
Yelp
Dan Skoglund said he would call Friday and mail the quote the following week, but I never heard from him. I had already chosen another mover, though I still recommend CMS as reputable.
