Unfortunately 4 of my items were damaged. I take meticulous care of my furniture. 2 dressers were scratched & the wood dented in several locations. My wood fireplace top was broken off.

Their bill was 2 hours more than what was quoted, and when asked for explanation, what they told me was blatantly incorrect (based on what the movers wrote down).

We were charged for 5.5 hours of moving plus the half hour for travel when the whole move lasted 5 hours and 15 minutes from storage unit to completion, which included a half hour for travel.
The movers were really good. However the company under estimated the time they gave to move and went over three hours. Which ended up costing us $600 more than anticipated.
They were very careful delivering the items to my new home. The mover was a little bossy and condescending though. I would use them again but ask for a different mover.
