Elizabeth was very quick to respond to my inquiry. The guys arrived about 10 minutes early, were very polite and professional and handled my stuff with care.
Negative People-Move Moving Reviews
This move was bad from beginning to end. Movers were late, the price turned out to be double the estimate, broken/scratched items.
They showed up an hour and a half late to my apartment. Several things were damaged, including furniture, dishes, and walls. My original estimate for this move was $450; the actual bill was almost $1,200.
I waited all day just for my movers to come at 6pm. Instead of getting two movers I got one mover. The communication was really bad. They still wanted charge 200 when they should only charged me $100.
