Yelp
I called 6 different moving companies and Pyramid was the best quote. Communication was clear, they were quite efficient, and packed the truck with expertise.
Negative Pyramid Movers Reviews
They lost our $2000 Tempur-pedic mattress while moving items from storage to the truck. Our son's piggy bank also went missing, and Pyramid did not return our call.
Yelp
The packing was very inconsistent. We found loose knives, unwrapped glass, leaking cleaning liquids, and boxes placed in the wrong rooms.
Yelp
After unpacking the pod, I found two antique dressers and a trunk damaged. They also lost all the screws for an antique dresser's expensive mirror.

The owner and movers were friendly and polite, and the owner personally made an extra trip at no charge. I was quoted around $580 but charged over $1,300.
Yelp
We used them twice. They broke part of our light fixture on the first move and a ramekin container on the second; we had to purchase a replacement light fixture.
