They were not experienced and brought no packing supplies as promised. All our furniture was damaged with noticeable dents and scuff marks. It was the worst truck packing job our unloading helpers had ever seen.
Despite requests, they didn’t disassemble or wrap my furniture before storage. Now I have to do it myself. Price quote also changed last minute due to added charges, which weren’t explained upfront.
