Yelp
At the end of the day, I was told the cost of the move was 50% higher than my original quote. At no point during the move was I told the cost was going to be so much higher.
Yelp
Mentors movers moved us from California to Tennessee. We paid $25,000 and lost a third of our things. These things were not worth anything BUT to us a great deal. Very important sentimental and personal value.
Yelp
Called and spoke with a sales rep who assured me they could assist, but they needed photos, which I provided twice via email. No response. Called again, assured me they would get back to me. No phone call.
Neutral Mentors Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
It all went fairly good with no mistakes or big surprises. They were definitely quite a bit more expensive than other companies but the only ones available on short notice. We asked for a discount, but were denied.
