Elizabeth Lunsford, Google
The team did a great job and were extremely professional from start to finish! They packed and handled everything carefully, including disassembling and reassembling complicated items like our sauna and moving a hot tub. They were hardworking, respectful, and prompt.
Negative The Other Moving Company Reviews
They never showed up. There was no after hours phone number to find out what was going on, and there was no call from them to say they were running late or anything
They didn’t adequately pack the truck to protect our belongings and damaged most our furniture. We filed a claim and are getting minimal back.
Yelp
The final bill was approximately $1000 more than the estimate. The lead "discounted" about half of that so the final amount due was still $500 more than the top estimate.
Neutral The Other Moving Company Reviews
Elizabeth O'Neil, Google
They are prompt, efficient, and polite, but I came back into my house and saw a dent in the refrigerator and dents on the kitchen floor.
They came in as by far the most inflated weight estimate by thousands of pounds higher than the others and thus thousands of dollars higher.
Almost nothing had been covered, our fishing reels were so bent until the tips broke. Our wood headboard wasn't covered and was scratched deep into the wood.
