Great communication with the entire team from day one through the final day. The movers were friendly, efficient, on time, and hard working. They caused no damage to belongings or either property.
Colleen went above and beyond to get me the moving date I needed, including after-hours calls and early-morning email. Jermaine and Orlando made the move enjoyable.
Pursell, Ty H., Brad, & Pacman prepped the entire home to protect from damages, covering stairway walls, railings, and hardwood floors and wrapping furniture. Nothing was damaged, and pricing was reasonable.
Negative My Guys Moving & Storage Inc Reviews
First there was an argument between two fellows. Then they irreparably damaged a $1200 antique Victorian side table, along with two dressers, a torch lamp, and a light bridge. They also damaged a wall moving into our brand-new home.
Movers were loud and hollering, tossed boxes around, placed them in incorrect rooms, asked for snacks, and repeatedly mentioned tipping. They damaged furniture, smoked while carrying couch cushions, and left the apartment messy.
Boxes got soaked in the rain, appliances no longer worked, upholstery was stained, and glass in a china cabinet shattered. The company settled the claim for less than the disposal cost.
Neutral My Guys Moving & Storage Inc Reviews
After arriving later than I had expected, the crew worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible with everything arriving safely. The crew was courteous and professional.
During the estimate, they did not realize a bigger truck was needed. The crew was good, but I was charged $70 per hour for the extra truck and received no call back.
Yelp
Most furniture survived the move, but some had minor damage. The biggest issue was rebuilding the beds: all were missing pieces, so I had to do it myself.
