Abraham, Erik, Jose, and Lucio were extremely careful with our two-bedroom move, including a 77-inch TV. They were reasonably priced compared with other companies and I’ll use them again.
Meredith Stanley, Google
I needed someone in 24 hours, and this company was available and so good. The workers were very professional, and I’m very happy.
Negative The Professionals Moving Specialists Reviews
Salim, Google
Cracks appeared in wooden furniture, and my TV was damaged. I received only $25 for the item, and the final receipt included an extra hour.
Zane, Google
The crew finished under the estimate, but the company initially refunded only about 75% of what I was owed, citing an omitted half hour. They corrected it after I complained.
Jody Casden, Google
Customer service was poor: my appointment changed by five hours on moving day, and the staff became hostile on the phone.
Neutral The Professionals Moving Specialists Reviews
Christer Antonsen, Google
Crew members threw boxes onto parked cars and parked the wrong way on a one-way street. They may be great movers, but they should also respect other people.
Gabriel, Google
They dropped a box without mentioning it, stacked heavy totes on lighter ones, charged for a box, and billed 45 minutes for a 20-minute drive. Most of the move was adequate.
Yelp
Good movers, but pricing was pretty steep. Movers added Saran Wrap to more items than discussed, creating an extra $100 charge.
