"Yikes, what a disaster of an experience. ...It took 10! ...my walls and floor were damaged in the old home...We found multiple dressers scratched, dented, and chipped that were in perfect shape beforehand....I spoke with 2 representatives from the company and expressed my concerns...give me your email, then you can send us images of the damage and we can decide if we need to send you to claims. Neither actually emailed me...his irresponsible actions ended up costing me over $1000 more than the initial quote."

"The movers Rysheen and Robert were phenomenal. ...However the corporate office messed up our move considerably by telling us the day of our move that they would not be able to come for another 2 days. ...Then after telling us '10 business days', they told us the day before we were expecting delivery that the pod was still on the other side of the country. It hadn't even moved. Extremely frustrating experience. Would avoid using if you're aiming for a timely move."

The crew seemed professional. ...Now the bad. ...we noticed that the crew left a few incredibly deep scratches in our hardwood floor. We also realized that our dining room table was ruined... We did address it with the company and we were told that their insurance denied the claim because it was past the 72 hour mark for claims. I was reminded that this was in my contract. ...They did file an appeal and I haven't heard from them in a couple of weeks. We did have to buy a new dining room table and I used furniture marker on the floor, but we also threw out an entryway bench because it was broken in the move (discovered after I addressed the other issues and cheap enough that I planned to replace anyway) but we are hopeful on the appeal. I will be happy to update if anything changes."
