The crew arrived late without proper equipment and damaged several cabinets. When I requested an invoice adjustment, I was told to pay in full first and wait to see if damages would be covered.

The driver, Don, was excellent. The estimate for weight and total cost ended up double what was quoted, and I did not learn that until loading.
