Yelp
WOW. These guys were the nicest, patient movers. They did their job quickly and smoothly. Motivated Movers was quick to answer all my questions.
Negative Motivated Movers, Inc. Reviews
Jennifer Kite, Google
They never showed up or called, so we waited four hours and had to find alternative help. Poor communication and unreliable service made the move stressful.
My belongings were damaged, and I observed the movers drop a few items. None of my furniture was wrapped, and my dresser drawers slid out, damaging my table, chair, and TV. I have not received follow-up.
Yelp
There was damage to some appliances, furniture was not reassembled correctly, and pieces of a vacuum cleaner and shelving unit were missing. Some crew members wasted time and talked on cell phones.
Neutral Motivated Movers, Inc. Reviews
Yelp
One crew at $205 per hour wasn't enough, so they brought another out. I got a $2,800 bill, and I can't get a copy of my invoice showing the charges.
Yelp
The movers were excellent, but the final price was $100 more than expected. The company gave me the runaround when I called. I would not use them again without everything in writing.
Our movers were fast, nice, respectful, and professional, but they never confirmed arrival times, did not wrap everything, and some boxes had minor damage.
