Negative Tidal Town Moving Reviews
Brenner Beck, Google
They took their time wrapping items up to ensure nothing was damaged during transit, however 2 items were broken during the move.
Elizabeth Hinkley, Google
Charged me approximately 30% more ($500) than their estimate because the job took longer than they thought and damaged at least a dozen items, some so badly that they’re no longer usable.
Nichelle Jones, Google
The customer service and set up was initially efficient, fast and friendly service. On the day of the move, the mover broke my bookshelf. Now I put in a claim and can't reach anyone anytime I call.
Neutral Tidal Town Moving Reviews
Sarah Kroupa, Google
Movers were kind and nice to us, but the move cost over $1,200 instead of the expected $700–800, arrived late, damaged several items, and ended after 9:30 p.m.
Mark Gorsuch, Google
Guys did a good job on a three story move. They were very polite. Unfortunately, they scratched the hardwood floor. They said the office would contact me. Two weeks -crickets.
Liana Ashby, Google
It was not hard to tell that one mover was new and unsure how to wrap or stack items. The work took longer and cost more, but the movers were incredibly polite and apologized.
