It took them 5 hours to pack and load everything from a three bedroom house. All three employees were very nice and helpful. That's why they get 5 stars from me!

No one should use them for any kind of move. They have absolute 0 care for people's belongings & cause nothing but damage followed by many days spent trying to recover for the damages caused.
Worst moving experience possible. There has been over $9k in damages to be rectified and it has almost taken 7 months to resolve the claim issues. Our dresser was moved loaded which we recommended against, and when delivered to our new house they just dumped the contents on our couch.
Terrible communication. We were told our things would be delivered between 10-12. Delivery finally came at 6. They did not notify me of any changes to the plan and did not keep me updated on any delays throughout the day.
