The two movers greeted me upon entry and introduced themselves. They carefully and strategically packed my belongings. When I received my belongings, everything was in the same condition as when I packed it.
All three employees were very nice and helpful. It took them 5 hours to pack and load everything from a three bedroom house.
The packers arrived right on time at 8:00 a.m. Michael was super professional. All of our items were packed with care, and nothing was broken.

We were told our things would be delivered between 10-12. Delivery finally came at 6. They did not notify me of changes and I had to keep calling for information.
The packers arrived late, rushed the job, and failed to pack numerous items. During crate day, packages were slid down the stairs, and one crew member was sleeping on the stairs.

Our delivery was one month late. Most of the furniture was chipped, scraped, or broken. No pads were used, and a packer cut the sofa with a utility knife while unwrapping it.
