Negative Brooks Transfer & Storage Company, Inc. Reviews
Yelp
Would not use again. 9 damaged items in my move. We have found other items that don't belong to us in our dresser. Can not get a return phone call back.
Our household goods were supposed to be delivered no later than July 3, 2020. Currently it is July 15th, 2020 and still no sign of our household goods being delivered as they are still in Virginia Beach.
About $3000 worth of tools and other items were 'lost'. About half of the tracking stickers were no longer on their items and were stuck to other items or within the crates, making it difficult to know what was missing.
Neutral Brooks Transfer & Storage Company, Inc. Reviews
Brooks did an awesome job on our move from Virginia to Alabama. Just a few glitches here and there. Overall great people and services.
Beware of the salesman. He was happy to tell us that other companies we're lieing to us and make promises that Brooks was not able to meet. On the other hand office staff and the movers were outstanding.
The manager took days sometimes more to answer emails. Now to the movers. They were WONDERFUL! They went above and beyond, worked LONG hours, no breaks, to ensure all our stuff was moved in timely. They were friendly, fast, and efficient.
