Delivery 3 days late. Much breakage and damage. Many boxes missing. Not delivered, even after the driver said he had them. We received goods that were not ours. Little communication from people with knowledge.
This company damaged two antique pieces of furniture and a large box with quite a few items inside went missing, and I was offered $250 in compensation for what was more than $1,000 in damages.
Goods went into warehouse for 5 days because a driver couldn't be found, and then the driver called me telling me he couldn't find helpers. Our goods arrived four days late.

The move coordination with Theresa Zamora was excellent, and the driver Jermaine was professional and accommodating. The only issue was the vehicle service, which was unreliable, full of missed deadlines, and ended with my car being flooded.
Two of the three movers were very good and packed and wrapped things carefully. The man in charge was careless with some belongings, and I would have liked to see more professionalism.
Movers broke 1 LCD TV, 4 glass table tops, and 3 lampshades, but the bulk of the items came through OK.
