Negative Billiards Direct - Pool Tables & Pool Table Movers San Diego Reviews

Went looking for a starter cue. I wasn’t told anything about pool cues or why I should choose one over another. Very disappointing experience. It seems he only wants to serve experienced people, not a newbie.
Brooke B., Yelp
Brandon told us he would not refund undamaged darts because they had been used, though the written receipt did not state that. We found his response rude and the return policy misleading.
Marjan P., Yelp
Brandon told me he would remove my pool table at no charge. Once his employees arrived, they said it was in worse shape and needed a removal charge. It felt like a last-minute switch.

Small dart supply; they couldn’t get what I needed.
Cameron C., Yelp
The store has one wall of cues, mostly low-end options. Its small selection of good cues was slightly overpriced, though customer service was good.
Daniel, Google
Disappointed with the website and lack of options for pool cues. Most are sold out or on back order, so I ordered from another online billiards store.
