Yelp
James was the first to respond within 5 minutes. The guys were prompt and efficient with our move. Wrapped everything perfectly in plastic wrap. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
Negative Cube Moving and Storage Inc Reviews
Nicole P., Yelp
Hidden fees were added that weren't disclosed upfront, and management argued with me instead of addressing concerns professionally. They also damaged our floors.
Very pushy and they will argue with you and push more movers on you to pay a higher price. Very disrespectful and will not listen.
Additional fees for transporting my furniture appeared after it was packed. The movers had conveniently 'forgot to mention' those fees and left plastic wrap and other trash behind.
Neutral Cube Moving and Storage Inc Reviews
Chris Lonergan, Google
They sent an automated text, and the movers arrived close to late. Double driving time and paid breaks added $75; those charges were buried or not explained in advance.
The movers were good and friendly, but the company was not consumer-friendly. Double driving time was charged, including time to go home, and the fee was not clearly explained.
They worked hard and were organized, but could have packed the truck better. I moved the last items myself to avoid an additional $25 fuel charge.
