Yelp
We also had a piano in the move which is no easy task and they handled it with extreme care.
Yelp
Elate was by far the cheapest. We unpacked all of our stuff and nothing was damaged or scratched.
Negative Elate Moving LLC Reviews
Yelp
I was sent a quote for ~$1,900 by Elate moving to move a 4 bedroom house (less than 2 miles) and ended up paying more than $3,500.
Yelp
Of the three boxes missing, one was immediately located and delivered. The other two boxes are still missing. Almost four months later...
Yelp
They were an hour late and were extremely slow. After unpacking, we realized that one of our paintings is missing.
Neutral Elate Moving LLC Reviews
Yelp
They wrapped things well and got everything to the new house undamaged. The crew leader was curt, sometimes rude, unprofessional, and not willing to do all that we asked. They offered us a 10% refund.
Yelp
Move got off to a good start. Men were very careful, polite and handled everything well. Some contract language caused us to overpay for several men, and the request for a tip made for an unpleasant ending.
Yelp
One of my favorite vintage wine glasses is lost when they were packing. They showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes earlier than requested and worked slower than I expected.
