Much of our property was damaged during the move, specifically during the loading process. Heavy items were dragged and ripped. We called and emailed them multiple times, but they went completely silent.

The workers were careless and inefficient during the move. They damaged the walls, dropped 10+ boxes, broke multiple items, and asked me and my wife, who was 31 weeks pregnant, to help.
The movers arrived two hours late and had a variety of excuses. They talked during most of the job, took smoke breaks, and finished one hour late, resulting in extra costs.

They've been very good in the past and the guys were quick and very pleasant. Just watch out for the way things are billed.
