I had to reschedule several times because of circumstances out of our control and they were always incredibly nice and accommodating for what we needed.
The Eldred team just wrapped up, moving my entire house in under two hours! They were professional and courteous. Becky was amazing. Will definitely be calling them again for my next move!
Negative Eldred Moving & Storage Co. Inc Reviews
Secondly, they broke/damaged several of my items. They even dropped a chest-of-drawers down my stairs! There was never any follow up or resolution.
One board was broken and a piece for the desk went missing. However, they did claim that the missing piece was found and they were going to mail it to my new address. But nothing happened.
The staff member who called to cancel was rude from the start and unapologetic. The truck with my appliances broke down and apparently there was no backup plan.
