The driver was incredibly rude and refused to use the wider stairwell entrance. He said he didn’t care which entrance he used. This behavior was unprofessional.

The team was young, inexperienced, and untrained. Items were mislabeled, fine art was carried by its hanging string, liquids spilled, and furniture and lamps were cracked.
Items went missing during the move. PlayStation and Xbox games, as well as a scarf, were lost. Replacing them would cost about $800.

The moving crew was FANTASTIC, but pricing felt too unpredictable. The contract showed two different rates, and I never received an itemized receipt or any receipt at all.
We moved locally and the quote was $850–$1,050, but the actual price was $1,350. The movers did not use a strap for the piano, which seemed risky.
The men who moved us were very hard working, but communication errors meant appliances were left unfinished and some items were forgotten. Management refunded $100.
