Negative 1ST CLASS MOVING Reviews

They jacked up the charges $800, did not deliver my belongings for over 2 weeks when I was told maybe 5days max. They damaged some expensive furniture, promised to send me a damage claim form, and I never received it.
Keith Von Hatten, Google
I asked you multiple times about additional charges beyond the initial quoted price. They told us there is an elevator charge and a charge for moving items more than 100ft.
Susan Riegg, Google
I was given an arrival window of noon to 2pm. When the movers did not show up, the office could not give me a specific time that they would show up.
Neutral 1ST CLASS MOVING Reviews
Sukayna Nathani, Google
My items were broken, and I am missing 2 boxes, making my adjustable bed useless because the remote and connecting cables are lost. I had to keep my things with them for 2 months.
