Our summary of Quality Moving & Storage
Moving made easier is the clear message in this customer feedback. Across 249 reviews, 243 were positive, or 97.6%. Customers repeatedly praised flexible scheduling, affordable prices, respectful treatment of homes, careful handling, and friendly office and moving crews. Many compared Quality Moving & Storage favorably with other movers, citing better value, smoother coordination, repeat use, and help with short-notice jobs. The one detailed negative review and three neutral reviews point to broken promises, delayed or missed follow-up, late arrival, repeated card charges, slow work, and final costs far above quotes. Some customers still praised the crews after these problems, but communication, scheduling, and billing need tighter control to match the strong field service.
