Kelli scheduled everything promptly and kept me informed. Anthony and Nick arrived on time and finished my move on time as well. Very professional.
Negative Metro Wide Movers, LLC Reviews
Yelp
Closet and medicine cabinet that we asked specifically to be packed were left untouched. They left hinges off doors, lost screws to a dresser mirror, and left the washer leaking. Very unprofessional!
Used them about a month ago. They were the cheapest quoted, but there was still lots left to move. I am missing about 5 boxes of things, and the other house was completely empty.
Paid over $5k for a professional moving company. They damaged 2 pieces of our very expensive furniture (1 is now unusable). They were unprofessional.
Neutral Metro Wide Movers, LLC Reviews
Yelp
The move was okay. The guys were pretty impatient both over the phone and in person. I needed a little bit more time to pack my things.
The movers were fast and friendly, but they did put several dents on our $4,000 refrigerator. It was nice to have the packers, but the packing was disorganized.
