The two young inexperienced movers tore the cover of my simulated leather sofa and love seat multiple times. They were basically ruined.

Two days before the move they called to confirm, and asked the same questions they asked when I received the estimate. This time, instead of 3 movers for $139/hr they told me I really needed 4 movers for $200/hr!
