Negative Alpha Moving & Storage Reviews
D P, Google
Poor experience with Alpha Moving. Changed the price on the day of the move to include additional 'materials' which were not used. Damaged some furniture during the move and would not compensate us.
Lois Bologra, Google
I had a very unfavorable experience with Alpha Movers. Two end tables, a coffee table and a lamp were damaged. There were also many boxes missing. I filed a claim, which took four months to settle.
Seunghoon Park, Google
Missing items, damaged items, and unresponsive customer services. I moved from NJ to CA. They were missing three items and bookshelf boards, and my desk was damaged.
Neutral Alpha Moving & Storage Reviews
Yelp
They were fair in pricing but when it came time to deliver the driver was very Disorientated. Boxes everywhere and when they left. The next day we started working on everything and realized we were short 2 boxes. Never got them back.
Yelp
They were on time, courteous and didn't break anything. Packing materials are a rip; they tried to charge $4.50 per roll of tape and said they would use about 10-20 rolls.
Yelp
I want to start off by saying how great the crew was. They were hard working, responsive and honest. We were quoted seven hours, but it took almost twelve, and we paid almost double the price.
