When I called to have my property returned, multiple items were missing and broken. Several items were not delivered (example my racing bike value 1500)and they consider lost.

was quoted $550 to move three small pieces of furniture. got a call the next morning advising unilaterally that it would be $750 instead of $550 for the time I requested. After back and forth it was $550 again.

They broke a few things and of course they don't tell you. They rushed so far that so many boxes didn't go to the basement or up stairs.
Daryn Jankovic, Google
I wasn't pleased with some of the packing. Somethings they threw in a box without wrapping. Our flat screen TV arrived damaged and 2 of our dressers were missing knobs.
Silvia Delvalle, Google
