Negative Umbrella Movers Reviews
Our new, $1,400 King sized mattress/box springs were all but destroyed, left completely uncovered to get stained, crushed under boxes and torn in multiple places; our dining room table was uncovered, scratched up and it's chairs were badly damaged.
Yelp
I was quoted 1200 over phone, was charged 1800 at end of move. Was told 7hrs for 4 bed 3 bath house, took 14hrs.
Some unwarranted comments were made, and they also sung along with some profanity containing music loudly while moving the furniture. When I made mention of a ding in my paint they responded in an indignant manner.
Neutral Umbrella Movers Reviews
Yelp
The crew was helpful and worked very hard, but the move went well over the 5-7 hour estimate, a chandelier crystal broke, and Umbrella Movers never replied.
Yelp
The movers were great and moved our 1,700 sf home in 6 hours, but they put a huge scratch in my entertainment center and the promised repair never happened.
Yelp
Not very experienced. There aren't the best but also not the worst. Very nice guys though and polite. Experience is lacking a little and I got a couple of dings on my furniture.
