Negative United Moving and Storage Reviews
Ellen Koss, Google
Our price ended up tripling from what were originally quoted; downside of booking through a broker that uses third party movers. Communication about the process and use of external movers was nonexistent.
Brittany Estrada, Google
The quote was $2,200 and we ended up paying over $3,400. They picked up our stuff on July 13th and we didn't have it delivered until August 6th.
Emelia Morris, Google
There were several boxes and items missing. I called to let them know about the missing items, but every time I called they had an excuse.
Neutral United Moving and Storage Reviews
Sarah Kruger, Google
The truck eventually came, and our things were in decent shape, so that's fine. We were simply frustrated with United's deception and lack of communication.

Our summary of United Moving and Storage
Careful hands and fast work stand out, but delivery and pricing concerns can change the moving experience. Across 189 reviews, 143 customers rated the company positively, equal to 75.7%; 45 were negative and one was neutral. Positive feedback praises respectful treatment of furniture, careful packing, quick crews, efficient moves, and helpful communication from representatives. Customers who compared quotes often found United’s price fair or better than other bids. Negative feedback repeatedly reports late pickups or deliveries, estimates that rose sharply after booking, and missing or damaged belongings. Several customers say third-party movers handled the job without clear notice, while follow-up calls went unanswered. The strongest positive pattern is smooth, safe delivery; the clearest risk is that promised timing, final cost, and item tracking may not match the initial agreement.
