Movers showed up on time and did a great job with the move. They did a nice job wrapping the furniture in blankets so it wouldn't get damaged and were careful when moving my nicer furniture.
I opted in for the packing package; I organized my things so I could point and they pack. They were quick to ask questions, and I received a detailed report of what was packaged.

Negative Active Moving, Inc. Reviews
Then the price went up significantly at pickup time for reasons that literally went against the language in the quote that I agreed to. It ended up being more expensive than alternatives, and the move was stressful.
They charged for long distance fee, elevator fee, and other things that should have been in the original cost. On top of that, they damaged some items, and a few boxes were damaged and crushed.
They lost my new TV, agreed to reimburse me partially for another TV. Instead they sent me a check for $60 based on the lost item's weight.
