Third time we've used their service in the past 10 years and always great. No hidden costs. They are upfront with pricing and the estimates are pretty accurate.
A heavy difficult piece was left in my hallway after another mover said they couldn't do it. I called All Star and sent photos; four amazing men got it done in like 5 minutes.
The All Star team did amazing work. They were careful with our things but packed up quickly and were under budget. We plan to work with them again.
Negative All Star Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
My last move was almost $1,000 over the estimate I was given. The foreman said '7 times 3 equals 14.' They made me sign saying 'no damage' before I had seen they chipped my favorite bookcase.
Yelp
They charged me $145 per hour plus travel time, but did not explain that containers and packing materials cost extra. The estimate was around $700; the final bill was more than double.
Yelp
The movers showed up an hour late and took 7 hours to move us three blocks, compared with a four-hour estimate. The foreman was rude, one mover made inappropriate comments, and they broke our vacuum.
Neutral All Star Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
Yelp
Decent. You have to be very specific with them. Also make sure to ask that they pad/cover all furniture and bed frames; my bed frame got damaged during the move.
Yelp
The quote was quick and cheap, and the movers were prompt, fast, and handled our belongings well. But box and toll fees were not disclosed, and the job took longer and cost more than expected.
