Moved from NY to Florida recently. Arnoff’s rate was very competitive and reasonable. Their crews in NY loading and the crew in Florida unloading were fantastic. Handled everything with care and nothing was damaged or missing.
Negative Arnoff Moving & Storage Reviews
Andrea Stopa, Google
The movers were rushed and damaged our newly painted walls and property. We filed a claim and were denied appropriate compensation.
Yelp
We packed and moved with Arnoff Poughkeepsie in May 2019. A kitchen box was missing months later, containing an expensive mixer. We filed a claim but were told there was no claim after signing the delivery receipt.
Suzanne Garrity, Google
I was told when my item was ready I would be contacted to schedule delivery. No one contacted me; they just set a date that did not work for me.

Had a cust service issue on a large moving and storage job. Heard from the vo of sales on a Sunday nite. By Monday the problem was resolved. Thanks

Very nice staff but too pricey for me.
Joseph Michael, Google
This Poughkeepsie branch has ruined/damaged people's belongings and will not honor their claims. They offer a low-ball payout. This was based on a friend's experience, not mine.
