Yelp
I've used Big John's Moving for five, maybe six moves over many years; each time, they have been professional, fair, reasonably priced, and helpful every step.
Negative Big John's Moving, Inc. Reviews
Very very expensive, was quoted almost 3000 dollars for our move which isn't big; everywhere else we checked was under 1500.
Yelp
Although the staff was lovely and the move itself was uneventful, final cost was over 30% of estimate, without a solid explanation. Emails to the company have gone unanswered.
Yelp
The cost for the move was much higher than their estimate despite moving significantly less furniture. When I emailed to ask why, they did not reply.
Neutral Big John's Moving, Inc. Reviews
Yelp
The crew was friendly and nothing arrived damaged, but excessive paper, poorly labeled boxes, and a high price frustrated me.
Yelp
I got a very reasonable quote for three helpers; they finished in two hours without a hitch. I would recommend this company.
