Maxi Moving were professional, efficient and friendly. The communication was also top notch from the first intro call to finish moving. I'd highly recommend them.
Negative Brooklyn Movers - Maxi Moving Company in Brooklyn NYC Reviews
D L., Yelp
They showed up with 3 guys, only one seemed to know what they were doing. One threw boxes around without care for fragile items, and they broke our glass table top.
Russ Fink, Google
They did not pack my artwork properly and now most of my frames are damaged. They were also slow, and my belongings sat unattended on the sidewalk or in the open trailer for hours.
JQ, Google
The moving team arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon for a 9–10am slot. I was not informed until I reached out numerous times, and I received no compensation for the tardiness.
Neutral Brooklyn Movers - Maxi Moving Company in Brooklyn NYC Reviews
Michael K., Yelp
They quoted me for 2.5 hours, then charged me for 3 hours and added a $65 marble-table fee. After my review, customer service reimbursed both charges and said they would address the mover's conduct.
H L., Yelp
The crew was efficient and friendly once they arrived, but delays pushed the move from a 9–10am start to around 1pm. One item was significantly cracked, and communication during the delay was poor.
