The team was professional, great communicators, and flexible. After the first phase of my move, I will definitely hire them for the next part.
Negative Heart Moving Reviews
After the move, I found a box of shoes worth about $200 was missing. They did not let me check the truck, and when I called, they said they found nothing.
The sales team never confirmed the moving time, and elevator reservations caused delays. The crew left quickly without assembling my furniture or placing it where I wanted.
The crew pressured me for a higher tip, laughed when a water cooler melted, left the bathroom unpacked, and stopped responding. A supervisor became angry when I complained.
Neutral Heart Moving Reviews
The movers were efficient and nice with ordinary boxes, but artwork was badly damaged despite prior assurances. Heart refused full compensation, so I would not use them again.
