Negative Ideal Moving & Storage Reviews
The men themselves were polite and efficient. They arrived 3 hours late, and the estimate was not binding; I paid about $250 more than told at the outset.
Anything that was not explicitly listed out on the form ended up costing me extra—over $1500 of overages. My mattress never made it out of California.
Yelp
They picked up my stuff from California and said that in 2 weeks maximum my stuff would arrive in Texas. Well, it took 45 days, and they still had not delivered.
Neutral Ideal Moving & Storage Reviews
The two movers did a wonderful job, with expertise, but pickup was delayed, extra charges appeared, delivery took 10 days, and two boxes were missing.
Yelp
The moving crew showed on time and worked hard all day. Everything was taken care of carefully and they were professional. The salesperson underestimated the job, so we paid much more than quoted.
The workers were very fast, but the lead mover said we had too much stuff, so we left belongings behind and overpaid. One box was missing.
