They cancelled my move at 8pm the night before, after finalizing a week prior and giving a deposit. Not dependable!

Lost our items during the move. Communication was a problem at times, we had to follow up multiple times.

From the late arrival, almost 1 hour after the scheduled time to the tardy work, I must say this has been one of my worst service experiences.

Apart from above issues move was smooth. Overall decent company but can be more professional about informing about additional charges and responding back quickly when something goes wrong.
