They showed up on time, had my things packed up quickly and handled them with care. They were professional, friendly and went above and beyond what I asked of them.
Negative Movers Not Shakers Reviews
The crew arrived 3 hours late, and we had to do much of the packing ourselves despite paying for packing and unpacking. The company didn’t even bother returning our calls.
Yelp
Greg was extremely rude, condescending, and hung up during the quote discussion. I decided not to use the company for my move.
Yelp
The foreman said extra items would lead to a $500 charge unless I took care of his crew. My card was charged $500 more, though the charge was later corrected.
Neutral Movers Not Shakers Reviews
The movers were completely inexperienced and did not pack our items properly. Furniture was not disassembled or wrapped, and many items broke. The CEO later reached out to remediate and compensate us.
The guy who came to do the evaluation was great, professional and friendly. Sadly, the pricing was too high for me.
Yelp
They gave us the best rate and stuck to it even though we had more stuff than anticipated. If they could work out their attitude issues, they’d be the best gig in town.
