Negative Olympus Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
Manoj Prabhu, Google
Final price was 50% more than quoted, and the pickup agent was almost threatening when I tried to contact the office about the increase.
The quote turned into practically $1,300 more. So many items were broken and damaged, and the office did not follow up when I reported the problems.
The people who moved me were late, did not apologize, and tried to charge extra because they could not park near my home. I ended up moving some things myself.
Neutral Olympus Moving & Storage, Inc. Reviews
I waited a week for my belongings, received updates only after repeated calls, and delivery missed the promised window. Most items arrived safely, but a shoe rack was broken.
Pickup was fast and delivery came three days later, but the foreman charged $300 beyond the quote for items not listed. The crew was friendly and professional.
