Our summary of Velvet Touch
Fast service wins praise, but damaged furniture drives the strongest warning. Three reviews were analyzed, and 66.7% were positive. Customers praised quick, professional moving at a reasonable fee. One customer also noted that promised crating for marble sculptures became a cardboard box with a wooden base. The 1-star feedback reported widespread scratches, dents, and gouges, plus no follow-up beyond an apology. Compared with other movers, Velvet Touch appears competitive on speed, professionalism, and price, yet its handling and damage response need major improvement.
