At 10:15am, no one had arrived and my mom had not heard from anyone. We finally got a TEXT from Donnie around 10:45am stating that his team were having issues with the truck.

Several pieces of furniture were damaged, and others were disassembled with the assurance they would be reassembled, only for critical hardware and parts to be lost. As a result, multiple items were left broken or unusable.
Alex Komala, Google
Only a few moving blankets were brought and we experienced multiple pieces of furniture get damaged. Lastly, Donnie was hounding to get paid at 11pm after a long drawn out day and wouldn’t let up.
